In the current operating model, Yumo Yumo Inc. performs canonical product matching, reward calculation, trust-score calibration, and treasury operations. Transfer of these authorities to a community or other governance structure is not a current feature or commitment. Such a transfer can occur only after its authority scope, decision rules, security conditions, and transition date have been published.

This section describes only the current custody and authority model. Any future governance arrangement will be described in a versioned governance document before it takes effect.
